WHY US
In my plus 25 years years as senior human resources professional, I have gained a lot of knowledge and competencies working in very successful and not very successful or organized companies. Most of the period I was involved in companies undergoing some form of change; mergers and acquisitions, voluntary liquidations, re-structuring, business-re-engineering, start ups, capacity and talent development, public sector reforms, dealt with labour unions and handled difficult staff lay offs.
I have had success and failures. I have learned great lessons , one was that leadership is key to success of every business. The other lesson I leaned is that people are key components of business success. The last is that most of us lack leadership skills, because no one prepared us for the leadership roles. That is why some people who are very bright, perform very well in the technical or professional roles, tend to fumble when they are appointed to leadership roles.
